This is honestly pretty good, I just feel like it needs a better master. There's a lot of space for you to push loudness here without losing any clarity, so maybe compress, saturate and limit (in that order) your master channel a bit more :]

Composition arrangement and sound design are all cool, it just needs a good mix/master. Try messing around with limiting/compression to maximize loudness, since you have a lot of space to work with here.

Very solid track. Awesome work to both of u :]

You've got some cool sounds here for sure. I wish your saws had more fullness to them, and kinda most things too (could use some layering).

Now I want to make my own remix of L's theme. I love 7/8 dubstep but like nobody does it lmao.

Since you asked for critique on how to get better, I would say the #1 thing I would work on for this is mixing. There are some other issues as well but honestly you could probably stand to gain the most from mixing. This would automatically be like 5x better with good EQ and gain staging, so maybe look into the basics of audio engineering and mixing/mastering. It can seem a little spooky to get into but it really does push your music to the next level.
