Since you asked for critique on how to get better, I would say the #1 thing I would work on for this is mixing. There are some other issues as well but honestly you could probably stand to gain the most from mixing. This would automatically be like 5x better with good EQ and gain staging, so maybe look into the basics of audio engineering and mixing/mastering. It can seem a little spooky to get into but it really does push your music to the next level.

In love with the feeling this evokes. Would be cool if there was some artillery ambiance in the background n stuff. GL with the comp :]

thank you!!!! that would be good idea, I'll consider it when I working on it again

Wish things were deresonated a bit. Due to the distortion things were aliasing on the high end in an unpleasant way.

I like the arps at the beginning, clap is very overpowering though. Same with the synth that comes in around 0:50. Def needs better gain staging.
Really like the piano arps after. I feel like the buildup could be more interesting.
Drop: I feel like this was in a different key. Might be the chord expression, but yeah. Also, that one synth from earlier is still too loud here. I wish that your sound design had a bit more variation too.
Buildup 2: same with the previous buildup wish there was more elements to it.
Drop2: I like the variation in sound design here from drop 1, aforementioned synth is still too loud. I wish the percussion/drums were more interesting here too.
Buildup3: I like this buildup more.
Drop3: My favorite of them all. Sound design was good here, wish the supersaw was more beefy, kind of sounds like a pad.
Not much of an outro, wish there was more to that.
Overall pretty good, still have some stuff to work out though. I feel like the drums need more beef. That might be a sidechain thing, but I would still add more saturation.
Keep at it. Love colour bass.

Ahh!

Solid

DetiousMusic responds:

Rock

Not bad. Needs more compression + clipping though :]

Phoetizar responds:

Thanks! But it's not necessary. This is not a focused Dubstep beat, it's more like a chillout-futurebass song, soft and vibe :)
Thaks for listen and comment!

Be the change.
